If you ask me - sounds like thats abunch of crap and she wasn't really raped- this is her way of keeping the dad away from the baby. think if she was sleeping she would have woke up- don't you think??? think again about this friend- and don't believe everything you hear...and, if you are a guy - what yourself - protect yourself- beacuse you could be next.

You can file assault on a minor against him, go to police and file it.

Yes, and a criminal complaint can be filed against him for child abuse. Maybe some jail time will straighten him out. Child abuse is despicable.
