I need to produce an ESSAY PLAN first and this is the essay question:

Egalitarianism is generally considered a founding principle of Australian national identity. To what extent does this accurately reflect Australian society today?

(1)This plan should indicate the structure of the essay
(Introduction, body, conclusion)

(2)Include the major ideas that will be writing about in the essay

Can anyone explain what should I do or prepare for this essay question?
My tutor really didn’t explain much at class!
Any ideas of Egalitarianism?

The City Commissioners met last night and once again there was a complete change in direction.

Is anyone willing to bet involved?

The meeting was unbelievable. We have met with Planning for over 7 months, letters, emails, testimony, but none of this has gone before the Commissioners. Just the one meeting when O’Brien tried to go around Planning and take it to Referendum. But there was very little testimony and it was all directed against the referendum not on the issue.

Yet with almost no discussion between the Commissioners, it seemed like 5 to 10 minutes tops, they voted to take away the property rights of the Citizens of St Aug beach and eliminated any new Short Term Rentals from ever forming.

Does anyone know if you give a deposition and the next day remember something that corrects what you stated as fact if you can admend the deposition or what? I had to give one Wednesday and the next morning when I woke up I realized a mistake I had made and emailed my attorney explained the error and requesting a correction. Is this possible or will it work against my case?

I have been having these excruciating headaches, stomaches, and a backache, not to mention extreme dizziness. At times, i forget whether i locked the front door or not, amongst other things. I am way too anxious about the test to be practicing like i had before it was nearing. I am just helpless. Do you have any advice or suggestions on what i can do??? Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Say a man and wife have 2 children, and no will or one that simply states that both children will inherit their estate50/50. The couple is married until the death of the husband. After a few years of the husband’s death, the wife is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Within a year of those diagnoses the surviving wife/mother signs over the family home with a quit claim deed to child one only. The second child knows all about this but takes no action, thinking that after the mom is dead that sibling one, will even up things and make things fair on their own. After a few more years the wife/mother dies. Sibling 2 waits patiently for some sort of action, but nothing happens, not even a hint. Effectively sibling one has inherited everything and the other nothing. It has been almost a year after the death of the mother and over 7 since she signed the quit claim deed. What action and what rights has sibling two got at this point? What action should he take if he has any hopes of receiving a fair inheritance?

My brother lived with this girl for close to 8 years, they have a 4 year old daughter, but they broke up recently. As soon as he moved out, he then receives a summons for a paternity test--- not child support. Why??? I must say that he doesn't remember if he signed the little girls birth certificate, we feel like this might be a sign because the reason of separation was infidelity. He says he has no doubt the little girl is his, why would the court order a paternity test, and should he take it?? Please help!
