what with so many irrational and unduely long proceedings in the courts...no accountability followup or agency....show-piece public opinion polls....absence of a dignified and caring approach to ' Justice, fraternity and sovereignity for all ' ...... are not the recent past headline-cases convincing enough to make us SHOUT for a CHANGE ? ...a thought or two from your point of view .......

The defendants have requested additional time to prepare for a case management conference but they have done it 6 days before and I think the deadline was 7 or 14 days before.

I can understand a Copyright license for source code that is published (e.g. the GPL) because its easy to see exactly what's being protected against copying, not to mention it protects against against a very specific threat -- using the source code to compile your own unauthorized software.
On the other hand, companies that don't open their source code should theoretically only be able to enforce copyright laws against someone who's accessed & stolen source code and used it to compile unauthorized software. I don't understand how it can be used to combat piracy when then source code was never involved in the act.

It's really getting rediculous how many of them there are and the fact that they don't seem to care and repeat the crimes over an over. Really, I'll even volinteer to help the cause.

the tree fell on their deck and broke a few boards, the whole tree was blown up by the roots. my husband is helping to remove the tree but they are complaining and saying we have to pay and replace their whole deck. is this true? we don't have home owners insurance on this property, it's just a piece of land we are trying to sell.

It's been discovered that they used their Republican Party email accounts, instead of their Federal employee accounts, to circumvent the Presidential Records Act. Other potentially incriminating emails have simply been "deleted." The few of them who will testify before Congress blatantly lie and smirk in the faces of the investigating committee members. Yet when these same adminstration officials spy on us, they assure us that if we have nothing to hide, we have nothing to fear. How can the truth they're hiding ever reach the American people?

okay. so i was seeing this psycholgist for about 2 years. i was only there for my ADD. i started getting worse, and am now suffering from GAD, PTSD, Depression and ADD while i was going there. i used to be okay then stress caused all of this. he chnaged my medicated sooo many times. almost everytime i was there because they werent helping, but he was puting me on things that my school and other adults were saying a 17 year old should not be on. sleeping pills, anti-depressants, & concerta. he would always change the sleeping pills and anti-depressants only after like 2 weeks of me being on them. i was also seeing a counselor there. we switched places because we heard things about the psychologist, and went to a different place. we found out he is not allowed to perscribe me medication, and that he was signing a different doctors name, a doctor whom i have never even met before. is this a reason to sue this man?
