Greed and lust for power are two intrinsic human traits. Honour and honesty are much rarer. Corruption has been around for as long as we've had leaders.

Reason tells Skeeter, a family man of six children, to seek the well-being and comfort of his family.
To accept bribe money means more comfort for the family.
Therefore,Skeeter accepts bribe money in his function as a public servant.
Example:#2
Diosdado will not do wrong in his capacity as a public servant.
It is wrong to accept bribe money because it is dishonesty.
Therefore, Diosdado will not accept bribe money, even if it means less comfort for his family.
