No, they are not....Feet are a visible parto f female and male bodies, that do not normally have a connotation of genital exhibition.....there are thousands of them in dermatology, and internal medicine books...
If they were pornographic.....what then about the photographs of footwear for the summer season???
Of course, there are too many persons (mainly male in the vast majority) that are obsessed with female feet, and when we consider that, there is a very fine line between "admiring" a pair of beautiful female feet, (I do admire them when I see them, thats all) and getting obsessed with every womans ones....
Nope,, it is NOT pornography (the greek roots of the word describe it: Pornos means prostitute anf Graphos, means depiction...)...So my guess is: Nothing to do with porn,,,

If they are only of feet, and not feet engaged in other activities with other body parts -- no.
Pornography (by the legal definition) requires explicitly sexual content, as objectively considered. Feet don't count as objectively sexual, even if someone has a foot fetish.
