There's no obvious connection to the incident to blame Wal Mart. You need to give more facts.

Did a Wal Mart employee direct the car to go the wrong way?

Did Wal Mart force the wife to wear a blindfold so they couldn't see the car?

Did Wal Mart offer a reward to drivers that run over other customers?

You're going to need a little more causal connection than owning land and paving it.

wal mart didnt do this. it was a total stranger thatdidnt work there so no, u cant sue wal mart. As far as the parking lot goes i'm sure it was an accident. first and for most i'd be more concerned if my wife and child was okay. The report was taken. I'm pretty sure you can even sue the driver of the car. I dont know where u live but our wal mart is so packed everyday and night that we even have to look for idots that do drive the wrong way so i assume it was an acciddent. the driver might be made to pay any neccessary mdeical bills and that it.
but go ahead and try to sue wal mart if ureally want to but be prepaired to be broke and not be able to care for yr wife and child and let me know where that gets ya

Well for one even if there had been a more serious injury WalMart is the largest retail company IN THE WORLD. I bet that people try to sue them everyday so they make short work of people trying to sue. Regardless they would keep it in court forever with delays and continuances........ meanwhile costing you big bucks in legal fees. Doubtful one of those contigency lawyers would take it one knowing that in the end there would be no payoff.

You might sue the driver but again with no hospitalization what exactly are you sueing for? You have to have some sort of damages. Do you have contact information for witnesses? Either way you would be spending a lot of money...... because this would be an insurance claim for the driver. That would be a real lawyer from an insurance company...... so real court, not small claims.

I'm sure you could try to sue Wal-mart, but from the information given you don't have much a case. It is not really Wal-Mart's fault that your wife and child got bruised by a car. If they were not seriously injured and this incident did not incur any heavy medical bills, then I would forget it and chalk it all up to a lesson...be more careful in the parking lots of Wal-Mart.

might desire to be nice except an worker sees you flow away your automobile in the lot and flow away with somebody else. Parking in the handicapped parking spot could be impolite. you are able to not take in a handicapped parking spot for hours once you're no longer even in the save. A handicapped guy or woman desires that spot, they are an incredibly shopper of the save.

Why would you want to sue Wal-Mart??? What did they do wrong??
You might have a claim against the insurance company or the individual driving the car...

They were slightly bruised and you feel that you deserve money? You don't think that's frivilous or damaging at all? There's no such thing as free money!

If they had medical bills that had to be paid out of pocket that would be one thing, but what you're describing.. ugh.
