1. I don't think prisoners at Guantanamo count with regards to my question because they have not been charged with crimes in a U.S. court of law.

2. Can you name any cases in U.S. courts?

Has there ever been an indictment or arrest or prosecution based on a "warrantless wiretap" in a U.S. Court? I am not counting the Guantanamo detainees since the Administration has *not* charged them in Federal Court, and, has denied their 5th amendment rights anyway.

Yes. Several of those are currently being held at Camp Delta in Guantanamo Bay Cuba.

Yes, before the ruling that a warrant was needed the FBI made hundreds of cases.
