Is it legal to sell tickets for profit outside of Wrigley?

Can you sell tickets for profit off or on Wrigley Field property? Do the cops actually crack down on this?

It is illegal to sell a ticket for more than the price printed on the ticket.
If you get caught, you may be arrested, ticketed and the have the tickets confiscated.
Sell em to a friend. Maye someone you know will pay you a little extra for them. Its still illegal but its better than standing on the street where you may face a cop or worse!
