Can someone please help me write letter to the court explaining what happen to me and my beserk neighbors? Here's an excerpt of it:

Your Honor,
I am here to informed you that a neighbor was being disrespectful to the United Nations Charter. Thus, disobeying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 1, paragraph 1. "To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion." With this I can tell you that Mr._______ and his fiancee were making fun and scrutinizing my religious practices and that they needed to go to court because of this.

You're kidding right?
If you want to take someone to court, there's procedures you need to follow.
Hint: Writing a letter to a judge saying "they needed (sic) to go to court" isn't proper legal procedure.

Aside from that, someone making fun of your religious practices isn't grounds for taking them to court. Maybe a Judge Judy at best.

You don't define what this is really about so it's difficult to say if you have any foundation for what you are asking. You feel you were made fun of were being scrutinized by your neighbors regarding your religious practices but you don't tell us what they are. Not that it matters really but your excerpt tells me nothing of what is involved or what they did to violate your rights and moreso what could possibly justify wasting my tax dollars to spend time in court over them apparently hurting your feelings.

This is a great country and with greatness comes some equal measure of diversity. Freedom of religion does not mean you can do what you want but you can limit someone elses right to free speech or expression so that they cannot disagree with you. You are free to practice your religion but in turn your neighbors are free to think and say what they want. They can't harm you for it or destroy your property but if all they are doing is making fun you you then all you can do is toughen up a little. In turn you can't harm them just because they don't share your faith or preference.

Remember freedom and equality come with a price. Freedom to do as you please applies to each of us, not just certain ones. Equal opportunity also applies to both sides.

Maybe I am missing the mark here but without better information this is what I come up with from what you posted.

You don't write a letter to the Court in the US -- unless the judge in case requests a specific document for a specific purpose.

If you want to file a claim against someone, you do in the proper form of a pleading complaint. If you are defending against someone else's complaint, you do it in the proper form of pleading response and/or counterclaim.

And citations to the law (even if international law were relevant) would be used in a memorandum of points and authority as part of a motion or trial bench brief.

That is not a valid reason for them to go to court. They use a similar example in Tort Law books to tell you exactly what you just said and how it is not a valid tortious claim. People have a right to mock you unfortunately. If they tresspassed however and assaulted you then that would be a whole other story.

Your letter explains nothing. State what happened in simple terms. Begin with your one main point that you want to make.
