I'm 20 years old and got busted for my second underage in PA. On the 17th of August I'm driving back to school in Wyoming. I know for a fact my court date will be scheduled sometime in September (pleading not guilty).

So, would it be possible to go through the process of getting a new Wyoming license and sending my PA back in before the suspension goes into affect?

Yes, but the suspension will still get reported to the state of Wyoming, and they'll just suspend your license there, as well.

It is so hard now days to cheat with computers here, especially when they are talking to each other. You could try in Wyoming but when ask if ever had a license in another state that will require a lie. Might work since only 20 years of age. Get someone else to drive you to the DMV for Wyoming. Are you positive your PA. license will be suspended? You do not want Wyoming to know you have a PA. license or have had any other license.

Computerized systems are marvelous things. They let all the States know what is happening. When you apply in Wyoming, the current status of your Pennsylvania license will be checked and any outstanding charges as well as prior convictions within a certain time frame will be noted.

Possible.

But there is no guarantee WY won't suspend it later, since WY may notify PA about the new application and PA may notify WY about the suspension.

I'd do it anyway though because WY can give you a probationary license if you need it and they will be closer.

That's what I want to do, get my license in Texas. This stupid california suspended my license because I didn't pay my registration fees. (I got stopped and cited for it, now the fine has doubled it's up to $800).

BTW I'm a good driver with no points on my record.

The other two answers are correct...you are busted in whatever state you move. Pleading not guilty? Get real!!
