Coach Sharon Youngblood works as an athletic coach and recruiter for Florida State University. Athletic competitions and the recruitment of athletes require Sharon to do a great deal of traveling. The university reimburses Sharon for her travel expenses. Sharon joined a frequent-flyer program and has been receiving credit for her business travels as an athletic coach. Solely because of the mileage accumulated from her business travels, Sharon will soon be eligible for a free trip anywhere in the continental United States. She very much wants to travel to Seattle, Washington, over her Christmas vacation to visit her parents. Sharon is considering using her free ticket for this personal trip but is not sure whether it would be ethical to do so.

What do you think? Should Sharon use her frequent-flyer miles for the personal trip? Why or why not? If you were her employer, what would your position be?

I had a trusted counselor that I was going to for mental health issues and to deal with what I was going through in my marriage. Well now I am going through a custody battle. My husband wanted mental health record. The courts ordered me to go sign a release of records. At a previous counselor I was called and made to sign by them. This counselor just released my records. Isn't that illegal? Wouldn't I have been in trouble if I didn't sign, but it was illegal for them to release. Anyone know?

California overall receives about 30 to 40 inches of rain per year. India overall gets in excess of 300inches overall. Mumbai got about 33 in in one day.
Are there plans afoot to harvest and manage such heaven sent volumes of Clean water?
California is full of lush green farmes and golf courses and managed lawns .
No doubt it takes money to achieve the same kind of ambeiance, but we as people should start hounding our politicians and demand certain basic needs

Helo, i'm 15, to begin with, I have not commited any crimes. Thank god. But If i get arrested I would like the opyion of picking prisons, because I know some prisons are better than others. For example Washington State is better than Michigan State.

I really don't want to be arount too much ghetto people, illegal immigrants and rednecks, because they are tasteless and illegal immigrants that are classless.

I would prefer a rison with taste, affluence and well off people. They are just so much easier to be around. I MUST have my own room, also, and most importantly my own showering unit.

I really don't care if you have to pay to choose your prison, my fathers rich anyways, so not an issue.

I'm going to contact the ACLU, every gay, lesbian and Tranformer...I mean Transvestite coalition I can find, Also Hillary clinton and Al Sharpton just because I know they don't want to be left out.

We need to change the laws of nature stop being racist and promote equality for every same sex couple that wants to have children of both couples blood.

why should lesbian women who want children have to be inpregnated by a plastic tube, that had seamen on the tip from a man that rubbed one off into a cup, that had it given to a doctor who put it in a capsule to be frozen then carfully transported to a sperm bank where it was stored and analyzed, where it waited to be injected into a ovary.

The laws of nature are flawed and need reform. also Men should be able to have children through their rectums if they so choose, it's every gay mans right.

Love, peace and equality.

Plaintiff's and defendants are prohibited from attending case conferences as well as pre-trial conferences. There is currently no law on the books which would indicate that the parties' are precluded from such conferences. Pursuant to rule 2402 (a) parties need not be present and attorneys should have the consent of their client to attend these conferences and enter into negotiations. When I engaged the services of an attorney, I did so under the expectation that the attorney would accompany and represent me at any and all court proceedings. I never thought that a court would violate one's constitutional rights by requesting any attorney to appear in lieu of their client's presence once a client has indicated in writing that they were opposed to being excluded from such proceedings.

I know judges are appointed, and with that position comes respect of due law and fair judgment. Should judges be expected to uphold their own personal morals as law, or uphold the existing established laws as the "moral authority"?

Someone said they got ripped off .10c. and I said I wouldn't worry about .10c and I wouldn't order anything from those ppl. again. Could you imagine how rich those ppl. would get by ripping off say like 10,000 ppl. at .10c apiece?
