I think my spouse may be trying to monitor email which invades my privacy and we all deserve that. How can I detect if there is a program on my computer that is monitoring this and if so how can I stop it?

Take your computer to a competent computer technician. Finding programs like that can be very difficult as they are designed to be hidden.

I don't know but I know your emails are read because I was on line with Air force Personnel and they told me where to go to find this application, I wrote back to them ask them where exactly and Explore came in and typed , "I'll take you to it if you want," this happened to me several times. That is scary because your email are suppose to be private but I don't think they are either. That is the reason I don't say anything on email that I wouldn't want anyone to know. I had spy ware and it didn't stop those notes from coming into what was suppose to be my private email.
You can also be in a part of Internet that is public not private but public knowledge and at the bottom of the page explore told, you may not want to go this site again because they can tell where your visiting and may not want you to have this information. They showed me exactly where all I had been that day. I don't think anything on here is private at all anywhere on the net.

Too late. Possibly helping congress repeal the Patriot Act and impeaching the supreme court and thereby restoring the constitution would help. But I doubt it.
