After actually defending themselves saying they are heterosexual how do they actually get rid of their sexual urges (excluding masturbating), and resulting to homosexuality: why do they do this?

And why do they give each other ranks? e.g. Like the lowest guy in prison is the sex "machine" and the highest is a "baron" or "leader"?

Will the criminals really be "punished"? Is it too passive for them?
If yes, why?

Two years ago a crazy girl was telling people my husband raped her. It never happened, he never touched her. She had accused another guy of rape a year before. She tried to file charges but it was thrown out. No evidence and the detective knew what type of girl he was dealing with. Because of this crap it costed my husband a year suspension from his coaching job. We live in a small community and she's still telling everyone he raped her. It's horrible. Anyone who knows him doesn't believe it but not everyone knows him. We were at a festival this weekend and she kept going where we were. She followed us around and was even dancing in front of my husband. We have 3 small children and I want to know if there's anything I can do about this. I know nothing about slander laws. Can we get a restraining order? I would really appreciate some advice. Sorry this was so long.

Thanks, Ashley

SCHOOL ANSWERING MACHINE

This is the message that apparently a Secondary School staff in the
Midlands voted unanimously to record on their school telephone answering machine.

This is the actual answering machine message for the school. It came
about because they implemented a policy requiring students and Parents
to be responsible for their children's absences and missing homework.

The school and teachers are now being threatened with legal action by
some parents who want their children's failing marks changed to passing
marks - even though those children were absent 15-30 times during the
term and did not complete enough schoolwork to pass their various key
stages.

The outgoing message:

"Hello! You have reached the automated answering service of your school.
In order to assist you in connecting to the right member of staff,
please listen to all the options before making a selection:

* To lie about why your child is absent - Press 1

* To make excuses for why your child did not do his/her work- Press 2

* To complain about what we do - Press 3

* To swear at staff members - Press 4

* To ask why you didn't get information that was already enclosed in
your Newsletter and several letters posted to you - Press 5

* If you want us to bring up your child - Press 6

* If you want to reach out and touch, slap or hit someone - Press 7

* To request another teacher, for the third time this year -Press 8

* To complain about bus transport - Press 9

* To complain about school lunches - Press 0

LASTLY:

If you realize this is the real world and your child must be accountable
and responsible for his/her own behaviour, class work, homework and that
it's not the teachers' fault for your child's lack of effort:

Hang up and have a really wonderful day!

RECENTLY DURING A VISIT TO MY LOCAL WALGREENS STORE my bike was stolen. Not from the outside of the store but fm the inside; when i first arrived i asked the clerk to ask a manager to have a vagrant leave from in front of the store as is was blantanlty clear he wasnt shopping; well thats not all true, he came back in the store(after being told to leave by manager) and he took my bike from INSIDE the store. Now im having an ins adjuster call me wanting to know if i had a chain and a lock that day? why does that matter? Once the clerk gave me permission to bring it in (which they have in the past as well) i did. Basically i had a felony commited on me in walgreens. no one offered to cll the police and after i paid for the things that i came there for (75.00) i was escorted home by my fiance who came up there to console me, evidenlty no one else cared. o im sorry the manager did stop long enough to tell me right after it happened that "i made him leave 1 already do i have legal recours

paying taxes is against the US constitution and it is illegal.
if paying tax was legal, it would be against the constitution and illegal.

so my question: why are you illegal. paying taxes is a crime. there is no law, and it is against the constitution.

if you have paid taxes in your US life, you are guilty and you are a criminal...

if you are a responsible US citizen, you must obey to the US constitution and ST0P paying taxes.

The pro-abortion crowd claims that “ the government has no right to tell me what I can and can not do with my body” This is the premise for the abortion mills. My question then is, why does NOW, and Planed Parenthood, not get out and demand a women’s right to be a prostate, or to use drugs. Both actions affect basically only their bodies, so why is it ok to deny a women the right to get high, screw around and earn a living, but its not ok to restrict the butchering of 1,400,000 children a year, to only rape, incest, or medical emergencies. Is that not a double standard in a women’s rights? And yes pro-choice, = pro-abortion, for goodness sakes have guts to stand up and call it what it is, dont hide behind words like a coward.

When someone vomits, the vomit becomes aerosolized (that's what you smell...) when those particles enter your nose, you can catch the virus that caused it.

Blowing smoke in someone's face is a battery, why not vomit? A battery has nothing to do with a persons intent. Not going to the bathroom to vomit is negligence of omission.

I asked a question recently about the juror who was listening to her mp3 under her hijab.. and wondered if our judges are "extra mindful" of not upsetting any religious groups..
Today, I am asking the same question... only re the judge deciding that it's ok for ALL farmers whose cattle have a negative tb test to be put down... EXCEPT THIS ANIMAL.. on the grounds of QUOTE "But a judge ruled it would infringe the community's rights under Article Nine of the European Convention on Human Rights covering freedom of religion. "
Whilst I accept other faiths and thier cultures, nevertheless, farmers in West WALES and other parts of UK and Ireland have lost valuable livestock over the YEARS from not only a negative tb test, but QUESTIONABLE tb negative tests also..
There is a reason for this test.. but not for this particular bullock..? (I have personal experience of such tests and the outcomes for POSITIVE tb test.. but different to Shambo !

Now I am the first one to NOT sue over dumb stuff, but I think that this is BS.

My friend went into Rempke's yesterday (a grocery store) and did some of his shopping. On his way out, he was stopped by security stating that he stole something (which he DID NOT...he paid for everything that he had).

Security stopped him prior to him reaching his car and then called for police backup. The cops get there, don't ask him ANYTHING and just reach into his car and start looking through his bags. Once they didn't find anything in his bags, the continue to search the entire car. Still found nothing. They searched him...nothing. The cop wouldn't give him his badge number or a police report. He finally found a pen in his car and got the badge number of the cop, the name of the security guard. The cop wouldn't give him any written report...nothing and acted like a complete dick to him the whole time. There were people standing around and both the cop and guard we treating him like he did.

Over the last few weeks I my daughter has told me of the things her dad has said to her & done. It sounds to me like he is mentally & emotionally abusing her & I need to know how to prove this without her dad knowing & making her life even harder then he does now. He has told her that he is going to make sure they put me in jail for not paying weekly child support. Also he told her if she didn't stop intentionally spilling food in his house they were going to live in a box under a bridge cause she would never be allowed to live with me. He did spank her & leave bruises one day & when his family tried to get involved he threatened to get a gun & kill everyone so it wouldn't be a problem anymore. He tells her she is not allowed to call me when she is with him for any reason. She told me he has started drinking allot & that he hardly even sleeps. I also believe both he & his mother are doing drugs again. I know she won't talk to just anyone. If he found out he would make it worse

My stepson has been arrested for 18.2-67.2 Object sexual penetration in Rocky Mount Virginia. He is charged with sexually assaulting his ex-girlfriends 3 year old daughter. He has been in jail for five days now without any bond hearing or anything. I believe he is innocent. Shouldn't he have been arraigned by now? His parents talked to an attorney yesterday and was told (without the attorney reviewing the eveidence or anything) that it didn't matter if he was innocent or not he would be spending at least five years in jail. The attorney also said that if he took the case he would definitly plea the case and accept guilt... He will take the case for a $20,000 retainer. Is this resonable? and do you have any advice for us? We desperatly want to help somehow. We honestly believe he is innocent and want to get him out of jail. We just don't know where to even begin to help.
