After actually defending themselves saying they are heterosexual how do they actually get rid of their sexual urges (excluding masturbating), and resulting to homosexuality: why do they do this?
And why do they give each other ranks? e.g. Like the lowest guy in prison is the sex "machine" and the highest is a "baron" or "leader"?

I don't know where you, and some of these people answering get your information, but, I think its a little off. As for the person who mentioned OZ, this drives me nuts - no inmate would be allowed the crap that they get on that show. I watch it and laugh.
The low guy is called the "b*tch" or "property of --", the leaders, usually of gangs have ownership of them. No one becomes a b*tch or property without some form of consent with the highest ranking person or some kind of exchange with the b*tch himself.
As far as what they do to relieve thier sexual tension, for most, its masterbation. On the night shift, either you hear the familiar "squeeking" or the crying of men by themselves.
Those who have gay tendencies will go for other men, just like they would do if they were out on the street. Those who have been in too long will use the b*tches, for some kind of fee. They are always the givers and never the recievers. Why do they do this? Well, I guess if you know you'll never get out, or it will be many years, what are your options??? Some men in the prisons dress up in pigtails, tie thier shirts in knots, use ink to paint thier nails -- after 20 years, this might look good.
While any kind of sexual relationship is extreamly discouraged by the correctional officers, inmates always find a way.

My uncle was in prison for 36 years, quite rightly so, the rank you get depends on how tough you are and I think after months, years with no human contact you just need physical closeness regardless of gender.
It's a tough old world and survival of the fittest is the game, if you can't do the time don't do the crime.

Al "The Biggest Hypocrite" Gore is nothing more (or less) than an attention-seeking, money-grubbing gas bag. Why anyone with enough sense to come in out of the rain would pay attention to him is beyond my comprehension. "The Biggest Hypocrite" consumes 20 times more electricity than the average family of four. When "The Biggest Hypocrite" travels from Tennessee to LA he leases a private jet. The passenger-mile release of so-called "greenhouse gases" from a private jet far exceeds that of a commercial jetliner carrying 200 passengers. Did anyone happen to see the aftermath of the concerts promoted by "The Biggest Hypocrite"? Mountains of garbage left behind, dominated by plastic water bottles. Really concerned about the environment weren't these proclaimed "environmentalists"? With "friends" like that the earth doesn't need any enemies.

Watch Oz. It's not "homosexuality" in all case because it has nothing to do with sexual or emotional attraction and has everything to do with domination and subjugation.

I do volunteer work in prisons. Your description of prisoners is far from reality for most of them.
