the warrant is for a speeding ticket i failed to show up to court for in Santa Cruz, CA last year. the ticket i want to show up to court for is in Alhambra, CA for driving without a license and registration and insurance.

Most warrants for arrest are executed provided the issuing authority is willing to "extridict" from out of county or out of state.

There is a strong possibility that if the court is aware of the outstanding warrant...they will detain you until the agency holding your warrant determines if they will come to get you.

Often times the issuing authority will just initiate suspension/revocation actions instead of worrying about executing the warrant.

Your best bet is to take care of the issues in Alhambra, CA., before the suspension/revocation action occurs. Next time you get stopped you may get a summons for driving suspended/revoked.

more than likely u will be arrested. better to have a attorney with u just in case. but i am sorry but if u are driving with out a license and insurance u need to be in jail since u knew this was wrong to start off with. u probably need to turn yourself in and let the courts handle u it could go much smoothly if u do that...
