Well, yahoo didn't post my answer as usual so I am going to put my comment in on my questions. Someone said they got ripped off .10c. and I said I wouldn't worry about .10c and I wouldn't order anything from those ppl. again. Could you imagine how rich those ppl. would get by ripping off say like 10,000 ppl. at .10c apiece?

One thousand dollars...

Let's say that this company really has an evil plan to rip off customers and avoid paying taxes. They have 10,000 customers buying stuff for 75 dollars, a total of 750,000. That's three quarters of a million.
Meanwhile, they get 1,000 dollars under the table.
Doesn't look like a good plan.

I think that they have lousy service. The guy who picked up the complaint doesn't have the power to solve the problem and if he goes to the supervisor with this problem is going to get a weird look (and probably a bad performance report).
