How can any of you actually SUPPORT abortion? That is one thing I absolutely do not understand. Obama has now wanting Abortion to be put on Healthcare! So what? Now a person walking into a clinic who is puking can also walk in and get an abortion! I mean, I understand that some of you don't believe the child is "alive" until a certain stage, but does it matter? Doesn't it have the potential for life? Even if you kill something that you don't think is "alive", won't it still be "alive" someday? So isn't it the same thing?
Adoption for newborn babies is not nearly as hard as these people seem to think. And even if that doesn't work out, isn't a miserable life in foster care better than no life? They at least have the chance to decide!

Are there any of you out there who seriously agree with abortion? The only time I think its right is if the mother is in grave danger or if something seriously wrong will be wrong with the baby.

I hear that they are planning on putting cannabis back to a class B drug? which carries a maximum 5 year jail sentance?

in my opinion i feels that this is just stupid as they are complaining about there being no space in jails as it is and are letting people out early for far more dangerous crimes than smoking cannabis?

what are they going to do, let more rapist etc out early to make space for cannabis smokers?
thats just plain stupidity!!!

whats your opinion on this matter?

I was watching the movie 'In Pot We Trust'...what is the big deal with legalizing marijuana? I'm certainly not a stoner...but isn't alcohol even worse? They're both mind-altering drugs but you never hear of anyone getting in a car accident as a result of being high. I don't want an arguement...just your thoughts!

A female friend of the famnily was charged with breaking and entering a while back. There was no evidence and the victim never picked her out of a lineup or identified her. Should they file a false arrest suit against the police department being that she did go to jail, had to be bailed out and missed time away from work due to the complete year of the judicial system continuing the case?

Britain had always made clear the decision to expel four Russian diplomats announced this week was because Moscow had refused to extradite the man suspected of killing Litvinenko, a British citizen.

Moscow and London are engaged in a furious diplomatic row over Russia's refusal to hand over the man, Andrei Lugovoy, who is suspected of poisoning Litvinenko with the rare radioactive isotope polonium 210 in London last year.

However, Boris Berezovsky, is being tried in absentia in Moscow for theft because Britain has refused to extradite him to Russia to face trial. Boris Berezovsky, is one of the Russians who stole billions from Russia when Yeltsin was in power.

Britain was the first to refuse to extradite the Russian, now it screams and shouts at Russia. One law for us and one law for them!!!!

I had a head injury in a car accident and my lawyer says i can only get 50k from her insurance company and 50k from my insurance company. If the other driver's liability was only 50k, why can't I get more considering this accident will affect me for the rest of my life.

For minor infractions, wouldn't this be a lot more efficient, less burdensome on the taxpayers? Just get it over with and let everyone get on with their life. What do you think?

I work on the 3rd floor of an office building in a large mail order company. Directly below us is the smoking shelter and when we open a window the smell of smoke is over powering and we are forced to shut the window. Surely if the reason smokers are not allowed to smoke inside is because it is a health hazard then what is the stance on smoke coming in the windows and being subjected to it 35 hours per week at least.

I Lived in So. California most of my life, the gun laws here are some of the toughest in the nation but I had a lot friends held up or shot by criminals with guns that didn't listen to the gun laws. I moved to Alabama where most law abiding people carry concealed weapons and I've never felt so safe. Also, I visited Kennesaw, Georgia, where Gun Ownership is Mandatory. After the law went into effect in 1982, crime against persons plummeted 74 percent compared to 1981, and fell another 45 percent in 1983 compared to 1982. Kennesaw proves that the presence of firearms actually improves safety and security.

You better pick the right one or you could be fired. You can say the "n" word, the "f" word but not the other "f" word and all the others apparently. Why don't we just publish a list.

3X I have posted a question about Jehovahs Witnesses and the Watchtower Society covering up alligations of rampant child sexual abuse.
3X my question has come back deleted. No known conunity violation. Just a fer Jehovah's Witnesses trying to silence this lamb.

Does this mirror what the Catholic church has done to cover alligations toward some priests?

Would anyone else like to speak up and bring those accountable out?

OK so the court orders indemnity costs when there has been a Calderbank offer - an offer of compromise, as long as the party that made the offer is better of after the judgement. There is logic there, but why isnt Indemnity costs always awarded? Should Lawyers refund the difference between the costs awarded and the costs paid? Isn't that a real indemnity giving true meaning to the words?

Since the mid-1980s German self perception switched slowly from their identity as a guilty nation to the identity of a nation that must always feel respnsible, but is not collectively guilty. Do you agree? Please compare (not equate of course) to the United States--are the USA guilty of slavery or should feel responsible now? I know it's a difficult question.

Warning: Violation of residential provisions of this order with knowledge of its terms is punishable by contemp of court and may be a criminal offense under RCW 9A.040.060(2). Violation of this order may subject a violator to arrest.

This is a parenting plan. This is from a Washington court order. The father lives in Washington and has residential custody and the mother lives in Montana and has the summer visits and holidays. What will really happen if one parent decides not to return the children who are almost 11 years old and don't want to go back? Can the state that the parent lives in arrest them? Can the father come to the state of Montana and have the mother arrested even though he already has a contemp of court warrant out for his arrest in the state of Montana. Your help will be great!
