I was talking to my boyfriend and my best friend and her boyfriend about moving out. I am still sixteen but I will be seventeen in three months I wanted to know if I could move out and get an apartment with my friend and her boyfriend. I mean I feel I am mature enough and besides my parents treat me like a baby. I will still be in school of course and I will continue to go I am just ready to get out. What do you think?

I'm going to tell you the truth since you are asking. I moved out at 16 and became an emancipated minor. I have regretted it ever since.
without being patronising, children always think life as an adult is great. You have all the freedom you want, you can do anything you like, you can stay up, go out blah blah blah.
Well that isn't actually the case. There is rent, there are bills, there if transport and food, and everything else you need to pay for. And what if you get ill? Medical bills and dental bills are not cheap. How much experience do you have in the workplace? Do you qualify for anything above minimum wage? Do you plan on finishing school and going on to university, or are you going to stay in low paid employment for the rest of your life?
If I were you, I would take this opportunity to stay at home, work, save money, get a good education and be thankful that you have parents that actually care about you. If you feel like they are treating you like a baby, show them that you are responsible, and maybe they will treat you that way.
Don't rush into adulthood. It may look like a lot of fun, but believe me, it isn't. It is full of responsibilities, and consequences. You will have plenty of time to be an adult, when you are one.

First of all you dont know these people enough to move in with them I dont think. You do not want to start out in the world like this if you want to do it do it on you own.this way if someone leaves a stranded bill it wont ruin your credit.i think I would really reconcider I know you think it sounds fun to not have your parents breathing down your back but wait till you have two friends brreathing down your back they wont be as nice as your mom and dad.So if your gonna do it do it alone or just go to college and stay on campus

lulooa gave you the best answer anyone could. You have no clue how expensive real life can be.
And,you cannot legally sign a contract until you are 18. A lease is a contract.
Don't be in such a hurry to grow up,it isn't as fun as you think it is.

They can’t stop you!
It will be expensive in more then financial ways. Only you can tell if the pros will out weigh the cons.
