Which part of the system? Insurance companies? Hospital overcrowding driving up costs? Malpractice suits and insurance driving up costs? Our system is complex and because of this complexity many different parts contribute to the problems we have today. You'd better pick your battles wisely and understand how "the system" works.

Be sure to include constructive, detailed plans of how you think it should work before going public with it or it will appear that you're just ranting. That's why Michael Moore is failing to get his point across.

I think the answer above that says there is "no system" is the most accurate definition.

There are Doctors, Group practices, HMO's, PPO's, Hospitals, Medicaid, Medicare, Licensing bodies, Emergicare, opticians, etc, etc. - None of this is a unified "system"

Interestingly enough it all works pretty well for what it is - folks I know in Canada would love to have what we have.

But everyone has a different opinion - so getting back to your question I am not sure what particularly you would protest - but pick one and go to it!

Start with your vote. Stop voting for Dems and Reps. who want to allow your tax dollars to support illegal aliens. In the last 5 years over 500 billion dollars has gone to pay for illegal aliens. That is our money and it would be enough to give everyone in this country premium health care
Voting for Duncan Hunter is a good start. Also quit voting for politicians who are taking money from the drug companies and the FDA and the AMA. These are corrupt agencies.
Stop voting for people who send 22 billion of our tax dollars to Puerto Rico every year to keep the status quo that enables drug companies to base operations there to avoid paying taxes in the U.S. Protest against the illegals stealing our money. Forget the bs with trying to organize a march. Organize a vote group to get the current crony politicians out of office and don't ever vote them back in. Pelosi, Kerry, Clinton, Obama, the Kennedy clan, Durbin, Reid, Boxar, Fienstien, Fiengold, Kucinich, McCain, and the rest of the ilk like them all need to be removed. Until you do, we will not have a government that represents, " We The People."

There is no "American Health Care System". That's kind of the point.
