The fraud is perpetuated via email using the address "Nicholas Goodwin"
The email sent solicits complete confidentiality in determining the recipient's entitlement to part, or all, of an "ancestor's" assets as his/her surviving next-of-kin.
The website appears professional, although further investigation illustrates that the street address is non-existent, the phone number listed does not exist, the links to Dun & Bradstreet, for authenticity of the "firm's credentials" do not activate.
And, again, complete confidentiality is requested.
Whilst this appears to be a 'professional' website - accessed at www.192.com it is a fraudulent site.

I think the law of a hate crime is stupid
If you hit someone youll be charged with assault or battery but if there black, asin, mexican , or any other race its a hate crime
thats so retarded if u tag on a wall isnt that a hate crime because you hate that wall of when you burn a car isnt that a hate crime cuz u hate that car
the government tries hard to redeem for segregation but just created a new modern segregation by your race
i think if you cause bodily harm to another that is what a real hate crime is. if its racial how about some evidence that its racial .
what is a asian dude talk crap and threatens you
u cant hit him cause you'll be tried as hate crime and racist

so what is your point of view

After I was told I had a withheld adjudification for racing 2 months ago, I was also told I would face no penalties. I get a letter saying my licence has been revoked for 1 year, 2 months after my court date. Now I think this may be a clerical error. Or could this be how it is? Has anyone had to go through this or know anything about it? Deciding if I should get a lawyer or not.

Can a written declaration detailing perceived malfeasance of duty by a superior be considered grounds for claiming a hostile work environment by that superior? And does the fact that the declaration was written, as opposed to spoken, subject the employer to potential liability and the declarant to personal liability to the subject of the criticism?

We can go into any store and read where an item was manufactured on its packaging. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to get any online shops to tell me where items I want are produced. Some put the information on pages selling clothing, but nothing else, and some avoid putting anything on the page at all and won't say anything but that their products come from "a variety of sources" when you try to call or email them, if they respond at all. Is it illegal for them to omit country of origin, and if so, is there a way to report them if they refuse to divulge this information before purchase?

Like Police persons and other 'law' kind of folk. Apparently, according to old English Law, if you punch a goat up the back alley, it is a hanging offence! Whats going on here?

That's basically it. I know I used to but I never really knew if it was illegal and what I could face if I was caught. I would like to continue to do it because I find awesome stuff for my kids and my home that way but with two kids I don't want to get aressted either. Does anyone know if there are laws against it and what those laws are? Do different stores and like housing dumpsters have different laws? Thanks :)

I purchased a product from a company. At the time of purchase I was given a 5 page contract to sign that was sopose to cover the company in every legal way possible on every legal ground, in a nut shell the contract stated that they would not be liable for any defect, damages, no returns etc. I skimmed through the pages and initial off the side on a few pages (these areas did not call for a signature but the sales person told me to initial the pages ). However, the final page read the following: "MY SIGNATURE BELOW INDICATES THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO ALL OF ITS TERMS"(I did not sign that portion of the contract). The product was returned to the company because of defects and lack of service to resolve the matter and I disputed the charge with my Credit card company, now the company is trying to uphold the contract. Can the company uphold the contract ?

Just from observing society, I understand celebrities and public figures are seen as role models to kids. However, it seems celebs and public figures are above the law, and from this, do you think this is the way to break the rules and get away with it?
don't you think kids might see it this way. They might think, "If I am famous and I have a lot of power then most likely when I break a law I will be treated better."
Do you think instead of celebs and public figures are being paid too much money for doing a simple act, that instead the high paid jobs should go to our teachers and professors who guide our next generation and to people whose jobs require them to clean waste, human waste?
Therefore, celebs and public figures should be paid at a rate on how much most of our teachers make?
Thus will set an example to the new generation not to focus on doing simple acts, instead learn how to create, create ideas to better the society, create responsibility for the survival of one another.

Today about 20 minutes before i had to go to work i would go to the local thrift store in my small town that i live in. I had $9 in my pocket and i knew that i had to find a new phone for my bedroom so i set aside money for that. At this store they sell CDs for about $3 and i found 4 CDs that i was interested in. i knew that i could only buy one but i couldnt decide so i held onto them and walked around the store to look for my phone figureing that i would figure out which CD i wanted once i got back to the counter, and i would also look at how bad the scratches were. So i went to look for my phone and i found one, even though it was a little bigger than i planned on buying., and as i was leaving the back area of the thrift store i saw a little plushie and i knew i had to get it for my mom, so i put the cds in my pocket so they wouldnt get scratched from the phone i was carrying, then i payed and started walking out of the store. ..one problem...FORGOT THE CDS

I bought one of those mobility chairs off of craigslist yesterday, and I am going to tell the people that I have bone cancer too, and in a few weeks, I am going to ride the wheelchair so they will like me too. Is it illegal or anything for me to do this? I will let you know how it turns out. I just have to save up and get the batteries for it.
