You should go to an attorney for a prenuptial agreement. If they are any good at all, they will think of things to put in it that apply to your situation. Using an online service is dangerous in this situation. Prenuptial agreements are common nowadays. Your intended should not mind.

If you have enough money or property to even worry about such, then you have enough to pay an attorney to do this for you right

such an agreement suggests you don't trust your intended partner fully - such a partnership is more like a business arrangement from the very beginning; a marriage should be a union of souls , a union based on doubt so you have to hedge your bet will falter and probably fail in time
