Has a website/blog/board ever been sued for violation of the first amendment rights for removing a post/blog/message etc... that they don't agree with?

I asked this question as a hypothetical question for a law class I am taking to see what oppinions I would get.

Unless the website/blog/board is run by the government, you can not sue the websites/blog/board for a violation of your first amendment rights. There is a first amendment violation only when there is government action.

If someone had attempted to sue for this, it wouldn't have gone anywhere. Having a post/blog/message removed from a commercially or privately owned website/blog/board is not a violation of your first amendment rights.

The website/blog/board owner is only exercising his/her First Amendment rights to Freedom of Press by determining what they will publish. Anyone who attempted such a lawsuit would be the one violating the First Amendment by trying to have the government force the website/blog/board owner to publish something they don't want to publish.

NO you can't sue Yahoo! for deleting your account....you agreed to the TOS when you made the account.
