he wants to move to spain within the next 2-5 years. the accusation as not gone any further than the polce questioning as the girl is scared of what her brother will do. The accusation also appears on an advanced disclosure when he applied for youth club at local church working with young chidren.
Will this come up in the questions when he applies to move to spain?

I got a passport in 1989 which was expired in 1994 & which I had not used. At that time I was in service but I gave my profession as Business , now I had to renew the same with profession as service. what should I do ? should I apply for new one or renew the same with profession as service as I had to go on a official visit?

Notify said person that they are dropping money from their back pocket,,,,BUT,before I could pick it up the wind blew it onto the back of a very attractive young lady,s bum line, and as I attempted to pull it of without the said lady notice she turnt to see my hand approaching her bottom and punch me in the face rendering both my front teeth loose, and just as she did that a young up and coming police man who wants to inpress the boss back at the station observes this and decides to cross the road to arrest said lady,,but as he was crossing he was hit by a double decker bus that had been stolen by a drugged up teenager who just wanted the rush of stealing a bus who runs from the scene tripping over the chap who lost the twenty pound note in the first place which the young lady saw who hasnt told anyone that she is a black belt in judo because she was attacked in the street on the way home from a night out grabbs his arm and subdues him,,,,could i keep the twenty pound note............?

Yesterday as I was driving through the parking lot of a gas station, a truck turned and smashes into my driver's side door - putting a big dent in it. I called the cops. And the cop showed up, I told him what happened. He filed the report and I believe he said that no one was at fault because it happened on private property. Which is absolutely bs because the guy ran into me so it is clearly his fault. So today I called my insurance company and told them about it and they said since no one was cited at fault, they will pay for the damages and I have to pay the $500 deductable.

Should I really have to pay anything at all? Because it was clearly not my fault and all the other guy's fault. What should I do? Should I call back the cop and talk to him? I believe the guy who hit me should have to pay for all the damages, right? I shouldn't be paying for a thing. What should I say so it is fair for me?

What is the problem?

People act like someone is snatching up a child from a woman that is expecting, and then rip it apart for research.

Isn't it Donated or created for the sole purpose of stem cell research? Therefore the fetus, or whatever is used, wouldn't of ever been created in the first place ....no harm done....Right?

if not i'd really like to hear why, because i seriously don't know.

But my boss "highly desires" that everyone in his work group attend..Personally I do not want to go, I have before and I felt totally out of place...My question is this..Can my boss hold me back from gaining a new postion, or a raise, based only on the fact, that I did not attend this meeting? Can he make work unbearable? Perhaps even hostile? I think he wants us all there just for show..To show the others that he got all his group to go.

I live in Housing Authority of Contra Costa in California and when me and my mom moved in me and her signed the lease because we were the only people above the age of 18. Now she is telling me that I have to move out and if I don't she is going to put my stuff on the front porch for free. My questions are 1.) Can she evict me or does housing have to give me a notice? and 2.)if so how long of a notice? 3.) Also can she legally put my stuff out like that? 4.) And if not how would I go about getting the stuff back. And finally 5.) Where would I be able to find the information I need.

A girl I know has 3 kids 2 of them are small,the other a boy is about 13 or 14 but pretty big for his age,she lives in the same apartment complex that I live in, but her boyfriend lives there too, I mean every day. She is on section 8, food stamps,and who knows what else shes on. This makes me mad to know that she gets away with this stuff when I'm struggling all the time to make ends meet. Her bf has a full time good paying job too. So does she. Her kids dress nice all the time. Why is the manager of this complex letting her do this? It's not that the manager does not know she does because she lives on the site too. What can I do about this ? I think that the manager here needs to go too. What do you think?

need help figuring how to get out of a jam,where my ex-wife let me take a car that was still being paid for,and she put out a warrant and I didn't find out until a few days ago.I am in another state and I need to get the car back and,I guess,turn myself in to the authorities.But how do I pleed my case and what could possibly happen if I am found guilty?

OK, I have had people tell me that I would be a good drug counselor, since I have been down that road. Last night, I was having a conversation and the subject was brought up about drug counselors being in need here where I live, but I have a felony. Hello. I am a magician, and I recently was asked to do a performance at my school's Fashion Show.

After the performance, a group of eight kids pushed me down on the ground, and took my hat, and two canes. One cane was 20 dollars, and one cane was a wooden handmade cane.

One of the kids broke my wooden cane, and dropped it on the ground. I grabbed that, and chased after one of the kids with my other cane and hat.

The kid threw my cane on the ground, and stomped it (this was the plastic one, so it crumpled) and charged at me. I smacked him with my broken wooden cane numerous times, until he backed off me, and I could retrieve my hat.

Just as I was walking away, he grabbed a peice of the broken wooden cane, and knocked me over the head with it. I had to go to the hospital.

I was suspended from school for hitting the kid with the cane, but I believe action should be taken against the kids. Wasn't I using defense of property?

I'm talking more along the lines of plain Stupid people..

like a guy that Drowns in a lake becuase he was drunk.. and there were no laws that said he couldnt swim while intoxicated.. did he deserve his death?
