I was clamped after 15 seconds of leaving my car and forced to pay £120 release fee.

This was a t 9AM and the only other car was the clampers!

srry you should 't have left the car alone!
just pay it and don't do it again!

Can you prove that parking restrictions were not in force at 9 a.m - or that no notices of parking restrictions were visible?

If you were parked on private property, especially if it there was a sign saying no, you really don't have a leg to stand on.

Go back to where you parked with a camera and see if there is anything at all that supports your being allowed to park there.
