Fund a new political party and change the world for the better. Afterall, the only politicains in the world are from rich families.
I would then treat all my friends to the holiday of their dreams.

There will be some very happy people around because I would give a very large percent of it away because I don't need that much money. Also I would buy a nice piece of land out in the middle of nowhere, in Montana where I live now, near a very small town, and have a decent house built there and I would buy a brand new pickup truck and a nice car for my family and just live to serve God. I would also buy a tour bus for traveling and witnessing to many the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It would depend. If you were a liberal you would pay your taxes, make sure your family is set up, and help other unfortunate people. If you were a Conservative you hide your money offshore( Dick C. has made a fortune showing companies how to do that) so you don't have to pay taxes, buy lots of guns, try to take peoples land that you want away from them, and buy a nuclear bomb to threaten the rest of the world with.

Renounce my citizenship so I wouldn't have to pay any taxes on the winnings! Buy a tropical island and make it my own nation with UN charter recognition! Invite others with like beliefs to live on the island and see what happens next!

Build my parents the house of their dreams, with a live-in suite for my 92 year old Grandmother that has quarters for a full-time assistant for her.

Pay taxes on it.
Then use the rest of it to continue my college education. People at universities are really nice to you if they know you have money. I am sure that the Pennsylvania State University would want to get try to get a piece out of that.
