First off the guys name is Roy L. Pearson, JR. He is a judge suing Custom Cleaners for originally 67 Million, now reduced to just 54 million!
The cleaners offered him $12000.00 to settle, he passed and the case is being argued in front of a judge. The case is titled Pearson v. Cusom Cleaners.
Sad.

You have to ask yourself, what does that say about us. It is not a shocker that the U.S. is sue happy. Look at the multi-million lawsuits against tobacco companies and fast food restaurants that have lawsuits out the @$$. I do not know how this man who sued the dry cleaners can live. It just saddens me to see that small business owners getting sued by asinine lawyers, but the other question is, do these small business owners have $45 million dollars they are being sued for. I hope the lawyer and the plaintiff might change their heart, but I doubt it. I'm sure they are getting alot of heat and they well deserve whatever shortcomings happen to them. I hope when they get their greedy @$$ hands on their money, their pants catch fire and their little wee wee burns off like their hearts.

It is actually a judge that is suing the "pants off the dry cleaners". This guy is a judge not a lawyer, and they found his pants in two days, he is now claiming they weren't his. It is a gross miscarriage of justice and an abuse of our legal system. I think the verdict is going to come back in the dry cleaner's favor and they will be awarded attorney costs.....................due this week

He won? I can't believe a judge even wasted his time hearing this case. I am so mad. I hope that lawyer who sued those poor people loses both his legs (Not his life) in some sort of freak accident so he can never wear a pair of pants again in his entire life!
Aaaaa-nd a-nother thing! I hope that every time he gets dressed he gets his obviously little peeper caught in his pants zipper!
If it were up to me then I'd make sure that boy never wanted to see another pair of pants again!

as far as I have read, he's a judge. and an A*sHo*e. I totally think it is crazy. stuff happens, they found his pants. he's just exercising his political muscle. His little tantrum has been picked up internationally and now the rest of the world has another reason to HATE us. thanks A*sHo*e. like we need more negative publicity. What kind of individual is traumatized by the losing of a piece of clothing? I feel sorry for his family, he has to have a disease...of some kind. he certainly has no tolerance and he could just be a racist of Orientals. If he slipped...oops...and fell off the face of the earth....i wouldn't mind. he needs to grow up.

I think that bozo should have been disbarred for even filing that outrageous lawsuit. There's simply no way that was justified, even if the statutes allowed for it.
