Report it to the police via a CrimeStoppers line. My ex lives in a bad neighborhood and whenever I have seen a possible drug deal in the school yard near his home, I have reported it. Has been several years now since there have been any problems as the dealers learn that it is not a "safe" place for them to deal and they take the path of least resistance and likely locate their "tradings" elsewhere.

I have been in this position, viewing a drug dealer. Police referred me to a "Drug Taskforce" where numerous agencies work together, collecting useable information through citizens. Collecting license plate numbers, dates and times of the visits, etc. in order to compile enough information to eventually make a bust of the dealer or trafficer or supplier. Identy of the informant is confidential information.

Talk to your local teenager, I'm sure there's already a drug ring in your neighborhood.
