as an graduated economist how can he bring estimation about medical doctor's competency
...and after few days I have received a correct as possible break of a contract...where are hidden company's legal omits...so I am on vacancies now...by the way I have a feeling that I have a certain lack in the last salary

You can contest the breach if you believe they were in error. You also have to check the contract again for that. Maybe the director means he is not satisfied with your performance on the job and not your competency as a doctor per se.
If you think that there is a wrong computation in your salary, you have all the right to ask for a re computation.
