Would you have to return to that country to divorce, or could you divorce in the U.S. (if it's a binding marriage)?

Do I file a seperate lawsuit or do I motion to leave to amend first amended complaint? What is the legal authority for your answer?

You are the human resources manager for a large software developer. You have the opportunity to hire three experienced but dissatisfied members of a competitor's sales force. Through informal means, you discover that all three signed nondisclosure agreements with their current employer. What issues might you face if the salespeople accept job offers from your firm? How can you minimize the potential problems? What additional steps would you take before authorizing your firm to extend a job offer?

In January 2005, Value Options of Phoenix, Arizona injected me with a long-acting dose of Prolixin, the result of which landed me in the Paradise Valley Hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with Neuroleptic-Maglignant Syndrome-like symptoms (including severe muscular rigidity, cold sweats, fever and extreme physical weakness). I eventually was released, but not after a horrifying experience.

I am considering bringing litigation against Value Options of Phoenix, Arizona for extreme medical malpractice. How do I do so and at a reasonable cost (I do not have a lot of money)?

I currently moved out of my apartment of seven years. I was no longer living there but was still the lease holder for 2 more weeks and still had possession of the keys. Someone broke into the apartment, broke the glass out of the sliding glass door and took the other stationary half with them. My landlord states that since I am the current lease hold I am responsible to pay for the damage. The door was previously broken when I moved in and had never been repaired. I live in Colorado so I was curious if any one new what my rights as a renter are and what if any costs, if any, I am liable for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It wasn't too long ago that most Americans had common sense but nowdays if you buy an axe at a hardware store you see a warning label that you may get hurt. When you buy a power tool it seems the first ten pages are about safety in the use of the tool. Twenty years ago owning a firearm was all about common sense. On the east coast of the USA people may tend to be concerned saying what do you need a gun for and on the west coast it was no big deal with open areas to shoot and it didn't seem all that visible. Presently it seems punk kids wanted to be treated as adults or just plain stupid get guns and think they can justify careless use of guns. I think there have always been people who were never meant to own guns because some people don't seem to understand how to own guns without getting in trouble.

I heard he is loaded and he royally screwed up my life. No, like a great number of my fellow Americans I take no responsibility for my own actions and I get offended easy. But, like them, a good lawsuit is always tempting- so can you name a lawyer who would take this case?

The sergant on duty came to talk to me and said my dog had bit the neighbor and he was going to be put on quarentine for 10 Days . I told him that my dog at 7 years old doesnt have a mean bone in his body and I want to see the bite. He then said that a animal control officer will be getting in touch with me. Im in Virginia and my fiancee(18) has been in the military since she was 17 yrs and 1 month. She has paid over half of her support since she was 16 even though her mom claimed her on taxes(which she is contesting this year because her mom tried to claim her after she already claimed herself) and her dad still owes her mom back child support and signed a contract for child support but never paid any child support. her mom has never bought her clothes or bought her food since she was 14 and when she was growing up my fiancee asked why her mom didnt go to court for child support and she said because her current husband was supporting the family and she didnt want anything to do with her dad. My fiancee wants to know if she can get the back child support from her dad or only her mom can because her mom is trying to sue for back child support now and my fiancee thinks since shes been supporting herself ever since she became a teenager she should get it Is that possible?
Thanks and God Bless

- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
