VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

DON'T FLASH HEADLIGHTS AT ANY CAR WITH NO LIGHTS ON!!
Police officers working with the DARE program have issued this

Warning:

If you are driving after dark and see and on-coming car with no
headlights on, DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS AT THEM ! This is a common Bloods member "initiation game" that goes like this: The new gang member under initiation drives along with no headlights, and the first car to flash their headlights at him is now his "target" He is now required to turn around and chase that car, then shoot and kill every individual in the vehicle
in order to complete his initiation requirements. Police Depts
across the nation are being warned. Their intent is to have all
the new bloods nationwide drive around on Friday and Saturday nights with ! their headlights off. In order to be accepted into the gang, they have to shoot and kill all individuals in the first auto that does a courtesy flash to turn on their lights.

My Sister was 1 of several known Prostitutes from Lawton ok, who's body was found. I have been told they are conecting her case with atleast four other victims. I know there are more victums from Lawton ok, than 5, but our detective is only handling 5 of them. I do know of atleast 3 more and an additional one that was found on federal soil, so that one is being investigated by federal. The OSBI is handling my Sisters case and unfortunatly our detective is in the reserves and will not be back for months, so again no one is truely working on the case. I would like to request a reward offer to be put up, I do not have the finances to put up the reward myself, So I need help on finding out how to get the money put up for information leading to the arrest of the offender. If anyone could help, It would be appreciated.

It was a baby phat purse. I was sitting next to a lady for a few minutes and then she got up and moved to another part of the train. She accidentally left her purse and when I got off the train, I took it and it had about $30 and some pictures in it. Nothing really valuable like credit cards or a cell phone or anything, but I'm pretty sure she is upset right about now. Am I wrong? I am really broke and the job situation isn't going too well for me, but I guess that's my problem and I shouldn't take it out on other people. Well I already spent half the money, and I have the purse with me at home and I don't have any idea who the woman is or anything. What would you have done????????

he felt that it was crap, ( the thing fell down a couple times, and in some spots it was being held up by sticks), and a hazard. Anyways, I live in California, could he sue the hell out of me if he wanted to for perhaps not wanting to replace the fence? What if he started the work without my verbal agreement? the farking guy started tearing down the fence before my father could say yes. He said he came to knock on our door a couple times but since we didnt answer, he just started anyways. I went to talk to the guy and wanted to ask him for a written agreement that he would not ask us to pay for half the costs of the fence.

He verbally agreed to my sisters and to myself and my mother that he would not charge us for the costs of the fence.
He said the neighbors were going to help him out for the fences on their sides, monetarily, but that he didnt care if we didnt pitch in for our side.

I have a problem with someone from the Florida Area.... and im in Los Angeles. This was over an eBay dispute.

He has sent me numerous emails, and eventually it came to this.

I need to know if this will hold in court, or any legal matter.
I need to know if the words he used were actual THREATS?
Can i get a restraining order on him?

His reply #1
"You mentioned small claims court. That will be the first time you are not the defendant, you dipsh*t. I'll be in L.A. in two weeks. I'll look you up."

His reply #2
"What time are you usually home. I already have your address. I can stop by and we can discuss this further"

Those were the replys.

In regards to conflict of interests and possibly un-ethical elections and procedures. I don't want to be a whistle blower but it would tear me apart if I didn't do something. Someone suggested the local D.A.'s office, I just not sure if they would do anything about it. Any advice would be apppreciated.

I did not know it was fake. It was my fathers watch, he purchased a few years ago. He gave it to me to try and sell it. It looks vintage/antique. I put it on eBay, and it sold for a little over $1,000. It turns out the watch is probably fake.... the guy is threatening to sue me. He is claiming he is an attorney, he is claiming he has an appointment with the AG (attorney general) and he is saying if his lucky, he will get a Criminal Case out of this.

I googled ROLEX, and the #1, #7, #8 etc... were all REPLICA ROLEX websites. It turns out, there are a LOT of ROLEX replicas out there. I guess what makes mine different, is it looks old.

So can this guy really sue me, and get a criminal case etc.....?? PLEASE help, i'm not sure what to do.

I live in a block of units in Queensland. A neighbour intends to replace a mesh fence, at the back of our units, with a wooden one. Unit owners are worried that the new fence would reduce afternoon light entering the back of our units. There is concern that drying our laundry in winter would become difficult as our clothes lines are positioned against the fenceline. One owner has expressed fear that a solid fence would offer protection from discovery to people entering our property unlawfully.

As I understand the dividing fences act, the neighbour could aproach us, before building the fence, in order to share the cost of building. That would afford us opportunity to refuse the fence and the neighbour would then require a court order to proceed. The neighbour has not aproached us officialy yet and if willing to bear the full cost of the fence is then not subject to the Dividing fence Act. I might be wrong. I am happy to talk with him but would prefer to have a contingency plan first

A friend of mine has recently decided to leave her employer because of work conditions. We live in North Carolina which is a "right to work" state. All employment is voluntary. However they are requiring her to come in for an exit interview before they will release her final paycheck (which is already week late being delivered). Can the company actually do this? Is there anything she can do?

How can I find out what the bylaws are of my subdivision. Everytime we want to do something i.e. put a fence around the backyard, small kennel for my dog, redo the front porch; the president of the subdivision waits until the project is 90% of the way done and then says it violates the bylaws and we have to undo what we did and get permission first 'as it clearly states in the bylaws.' But we have never gotten a copy of these bylaws so we don't know what they are. He was joking around the last time we had a discussion and said that the bylaws were there to keep people from putting up purple curtains, etc. Can they really tell you what kind of curtains you're allowed to have? My bedroom is lilac and gold so purple curtains would go with the decor but obviously I can't hang any up. He made us pay 2 years of back dues and reported us to a collection agency for not paying but we were never told about them so how could we have paid?
