Don't blame divorce or your ex wife. people are responsible for their actions.
remember bankruptcy laws have changed. you won't be able to make your debt disappear. you'll be put on a payment schedule and will have to pay back most of it if not all.
check with lawyers as far as a free consult.
WOW doesn't have a clue. public defenders are for criminals that are indigent.

You can get a legal service membership plan that gives you instant access to a licensed attorney in your state for as little as $16 a month. As a memberï¼you'll receive an 800 number and be eligible for unlimited free phone consultation. If you have to go to court, you'll get up to 60 of your provider firm's time for no additional charge.
Why pay up to $300 an hour for an attorney when you know your case could take many hours of his time, and you can get the same service for less than $300 a YEAR???
As for the service, here's what one member has to say:
"I had this service when working as a nurse in CA and used it once after a car accident. The advice from a lawyer was helpful and results were favorable". Member, CA
Another member writes:
"If anyone ever needs to have me speak to the value this service amounts to, I would have no problem standing in front of a stadium full of people and letting them know how much this service would help... Thank you again. This is definitely one satisfied customer". Member, VA
For full details on the membership plan that is best for you, please email your full name and mailing address to:

Not too much to protect you without bankrupcty. You definitely do need funds to hire a lawyer to file for bankruptcy...also they've recently changed the laws on bankruptcy...it's now a lot harder to file. They could start to garnish your wages, and take you to court...file a judgement against you. Really screw your credit. Luckily there's no debtor's prison...but it can still prevent you from getting a house or a car...and stuff...

do not claim bankruptcy, contact a credit counseling company, you sign over power of attorney to them and your creditors will settle with them for pennies on the dollar, you will make payments to the councilors, make sure it is a replicable company.
