Would a personal trainer that works for Bally's get fired if he dated his client?Does anyone the true answer to this question?

It depends on the company.

In some cases yes, some no. Like I said, depends on the company. If it's a breech of the employee manual/code of contact, they might be. Otherwise, probably not. It's not like a doctor patient sort of thing. It's merely a personal trainer and his client. Not a huge deal.
