They don't. The Insurance industry and the American Medical Association keeps the prices of medical care through the roof. It matters not where the physicians are trained or schooled. The insurance companies, drug companies keep America medical costs up not to mention the kick back monies paid to the politicians to keep the laws in the favor of the big corporations, insurance companies and drug companies.

Costs for medical care rendered by foreign trained physicians are lower because the cost of their education are not expensive.
