i am just wondering that is it really legal for someone to buy some item from the shop such as the kate moss clothes from the topshop or just boots no7 miraculous serum from the boots , then selling it freely in the respectable internet sites for much more than its normal rate,, isnt it an offence,, well m not against someone but just confused. i mean which law protects these people from being prosecute??

As long as the item purchased is what the buyer thought they were buying, the price is whatever is agreed upon. You can sell a dollar item for a million if you can find a buyer.

Be careful - you don't have enough money to buy daimonds wholesale - the markup on jewelry is terrific. I would suggest watching for job lot items, even things that cost pennies from overseas can be good and then you charge a reasonable handling fee. Nothing in life is free without some effort or risk - try to become an expert on something such as stamps, coins, albums, etc and then watch for deals from unsophisticated sellers.

perhaps the buyer doesn't live near topshop and would be willing to pay you a premium.
