What is the procedure, price, and requirements to do this?

The mother wants to get the teen emancipated, but the father is a different story and a restraining order may be needed for the protection of the teen. The goal is to get the teen out of the environment with the father, because the father is abusive but the mother wants to stay with the father. The teen would have someone to take them in as long as the teen stays self - supportive financially.

Grating prime years of one's life fighting for justice in delhi courts, waiting for months for the next hearing and thennnnn getting a new hearing date, then the judge changes , then comes the court holidays and then the opposite party want another date as the lawyer is not well, or is not ready for the arguements......... the list goes on and on. A simple person spends more than his earnings on lawyers and other formalities of the courts........ waiting for the justice to knock on his door ! He files the case at the age of 35 and still waits when he is 55 ! Can he get back his 20 years he spent fighting for justice ?? Even if the order comes in his favour will he be able to enjoy its fruit ?? This system is a complete failure !! Rather it should not exist where a man fights his whole life for justice and his whole family becomes the victim of this injustice judiciary , where his kids forget childhood .... where he himself forgets about his young age, where hopes fail, where ages fall.

I was a plaintiff in a trial and lost when the jury favored the defendent. Now the defense wants to file motion for me to pay for their attorney fees. How likely is it for a judge to award them this? I am looking at $50K which would destroy me.

I understand that people are being sentenced to prison for sexual abuse crimes and they do their prison time and are about to be released but now are being confined involuntarily into mental hospitals indefinately. I hate sex abusers but this is a dangerous precedent as what will be next for civil commitment? Will people be sentenced for other crimes indefinately in the future for the duration of their lives and where is the rule I did my crime and did my time. Double Jeopardy seems to be fading in the wind and our rights and liberties are shrinking before our eyes but yet people accept this. Why? Do you agree that civil confinement is a dangerous road that we are embarking upon?

Paul and Constance White were married in 1980 and separated in 1992. They had three children: a son born in 1981 and twin boys born in 1983. After their separation, the parents agreed that the father would have interim custody of the boys and the mother would have reasonable access. However, access problems developed, and behaviour and discipline problems occcured at home and at school. There was obvious and considerable animosity between the parents. In 1993, with the father's approval, the oldest son and on of the twins went to live with their mother. Since the separation, Mrs. White had been residing with another man whom she intended to marry. In divorce proceedings, Mr.White proposed that custody of the son in his care be granted to him and that Mrs. White be granted custody of the other two sons. She, in turn, sought custody of all three children.

If you were the judge, who would you award full access, or interim custosy and reasonable custody? Why not the other parent if not joint custody?

My fiancée was arrested about a month ago for back child support. He does owe it but we just can’t afford to pay it. They let him out on a 50 thousand dollar personal bond and he can’t leave the state. We have to come up with 2 thousand dollars before next month or they are prosecuting him with a felony non support which can be up to 4 years in state prison. We have gone and tried to get to the child support lowered but the only thing they have sent us is a letter stating they are looking into it. His last two pay checks which are bi-weekly were only for a little more than 100 dollars after child support and taxes. Yet the Attorney General is holding against him that he doesn’t pay his full amount of support when he pays, they garnish the max they can get out of his checks already. We don’t really know what to do anymore. We have one month to come up with this money or he could go to prison for 4 years cause we can’t afford to pay this support. Is there anything we can do to prevent this? We have already sold everything that we can including having yard sales and so forth.

I really have no interest in sports event organized by my company, but am forced to attend. Most of my teammates are guys.

Is this a form of gender discrimination or am I over-reacting as some women, although a smaller % than men, are interested in sports? Am I making a big fuss if I want to ask them to hold gender-neutral events instead?

So I would rather consider myself single instead of divorced. When I get insurance quotes and loans and stuff (I know I have to say divorced on taxes) but on all that other stuff does it really make a difference and can it be considered fraudulent if I say single vs. divorced?? just curious if it really affects rate quotes and stuff.

They yelled at me then filed a report. One time he has even called them when i wasent home. Can I go to jail for this? I have 5 witnesses 2 of which were previous tenants, of no relation who will write letters backing up his harrasment. Should I file a suit against him? I dont have money for a lawyer.

The list goes on and on of all the problems I have had with my apt. complex: my parking lot is overrun with visitors- but it is supposed to be for tenants only, drug deals, and last night we had eight or nine rounds fired off- scared the piss out of me. Well, i am about to send another letter to my apt manager only this one will be certified. Since I know nothing will be done with the parking or loitering i am going to submit a Tenant's assertion and complait to the court and pay my rent in escrow. What are the chances i will win the case and be allowed to break the lease and does parking and loitering really constitute a breach of safety?

My 7 year old's school is very strict. They have outside morning announcements every morning but if the child is not in line when the bell rings it counts as a tardy. I have had her barely getting to school when the bell rings many times but did not think it was a big deal since she was there on time and wasn't late to class. Due to this they sent someone to my home several times to verify my address and I never answered. They wanted to throw her out of school unless I could prove my address so I gave them recent copies of my utility bills and driver's license. She was allowed to stay in school but they told me they already set a court date for me. This is crazy cause it's not like she's getting to class late, just not in her line on time. Is there any way I can get out of this besides a lawyer? All they are going to do in court is make me sign something saying she can't be late again.
