I recently had my lisence suspended for 2 years but i am planning on leaving Texas to work in California. Can I drive there with my occupational licence until my licence is reinstated?

I would not take that chance-since certain laws differ from state to state be sure to do your homework first. You will not have a license for two years so I would suggest-when you move to California apply for a new license. That's not to say you wont be liable for what ever the reason your old license was suspended. I'm quite certain California will check.

I would consult California laws. There may be a way you can drive.
