we are Hindu . We are in luv of each other for past 3 years. I have already introduced her to my parents and my parents are ready for this marriage only if the parent of the girl are ready. But we fear that if she'll tell her parents about me they will not agree.

she is studing and staying her parents. Now, we have decided to do Court Marriage. I know that we have to register ourselves 1 month in advance hat should I do now? Also, I have heard that a notice will be sent to the parents of both of us. So, if this will happen, we'll be in a mess.

To be at safer side, we want to do court married. After sometime (few months), she'll tell about me to her parents. Also, please let me.
n is it possible anyways tht the letter doesnt reach either of our houses?
please reply fast we are in trubble

O.k. You know the procedure about marriage under the Special Marriage Act,1954, where a prior notice of one month is required before actual marriage so I need not repeat the whole procedure for you. You two are both Hindus so go get married in a Hindu temple get a certificate from the priest, take three four eye witness at least one gazetted officer is there with you along with a photographer. Now go to the marriage registrar office appointed under the Hindu Marriage Act, move an application for getting this marriage registered under section 8 of the Act, signed by both of you, with affidivates of both of you & affidavit of at least two eyewitnesses to this marriage at least one gazetted officer , certificate of the temple priest who preformed your marriage, one or two photograph of the marriage ceremony, passport photographs of both of you , proof of age (18years for bride& 21 years for groom) & proof of residential address. Place all this record before the marriage registrar, deposit the registration fee, & get your marriage certificate then & there only without waiting for one month or any time. Don't you think it is so easy? Write to me vijay_mahajan5758@yahoo.co.in for any more guidance

Go to Court, SDM, Registrar of Marriage in your area. Get form, fill it, submit it, wait for 30 days. After 30 days, go for marriage in Court. You will get certificate of marriage if there is no objection from any side.
