I just went threw Two family funerals. Both of the family members had wills. My questions are below.

Is there more than One kind of Will?
(if yes can you list them)

Does a Lawyer have to be involved in the writing process?

Are there any sites Online to help me with the writing of a will?

If a minor submitted a fake age to gain something from the internet Fraud?
-A Minor submiting a correct Name, PhoneNumber, Address,Etc
But a Wrong Age = Fraud?

What if they had no intention on getting the item(s) is it still fraud?

I live in the Los Angeles area. We have two cars, two parking spaces (#'s are on the lease). It does say in the lease that mgmt can rearrange parking with a 7 day notice. I am told state law is 30 days, and state law supercedes. I am completely happy with my spaces, and never wanted to park tandem, as discussed with mgr. before I signed lease (6 months ago).

How to deal with continious harassment of notorious girls who marry boys from rich or hard working middle class families, using their charms and with in a few months, demand for separation, saying that their moral values are different ..(girl with low values ofcourse),
My first cousin, an innocent hard working NRI, who was so involved in his work in USA, that he catered to the demands of the girl & sent her back to India. His old respectable parents, Retd professors & social workers, who had to be actually given high rewards for their services, are questioned by tough police as if they are robbers, & a FIR is filed against them (sec498a). Had to travel to another city to take bail standing in accused chamber of criminal court along with dacoits unlicensed prostitutes, and their pimply pimps.
We , no need to say, who, have already been demanded so much money by the people around that in the first stage itself we are short of money for nothing. Marriage is an abuse for men!

When I went to court for a small claims case the "defendant" lied about everything. When it was my turn to speak again I informed the court that he was lying. The court didn't seem to care. Is there anything I can do about some one perjuring themselves?

i am doing a formal debate on capital punishment and i am PRO capital punishment. this position was assigned to me so please dont try to persuade me! anyways, we had our opening statements today and the other side claimed that it is more expensive to put someone through death row and this is my rebutal:

MONEY- “Is it more expensive to and put prisoners through death row than to keep them in regular prison?”

Does that really matter? Even if there were no people in the prison whatsoever, it would STILL cost money to keep it the prison open. As for lawyers, whether they are government appointed or hired by the convict, they are paid either way. Hired lawyers are paid to win, and government appointed lawyers are there to argue, they make a salary either way. Just because it might be more expensive would it really make any sense in throwing the whole idea away?

does this make sense, i really need help!!! advice- your opinion!?

last year in july, i had a car accident and crashed into my "friends", that same night we filed an INCIDENT report which stated that they did not claim any injuries and that we were going to handle everything among ourselves, the police decided not to file police report/accident report, just an incident one. Yesterday I got a paper saying that my "friends" were going to end up sueing me for more than 100,000 because of injuries, repairment of i dont know what, and for them not going to work! is it possible for them to come back and sue me after we had said we were going to solve everything among ourselves and no accident report was filed? Im totally confused! they did sue the insurance company, we have the same one!

My fiancee and I want to postpone our marraiage until his back owed child support is taken care of. His ex wife is willing to help him clear his name anyway she can because she knows he doesn't owe it either. He currently pays his child support every month. She has not been on welefare either. Can she just write a letter or something to rectify this? What is the Procedure?

There are approximately 12 million illegal aliens in this country and 7.2 million of them have jobs. They come into this country with no health check and diseases like tuberculosis that was irradicated in the US is on the rise again according to the CDC. They come here with no criminal background check, we have enough homegrown criminals without importing any. They drive with no license or insurance and when they kill or maim someone, they run back to their prospective countries to avoid prosecution. Most do contract work and no taxes are taken out, they are given a 1099 at the end of the year which they never file. Our property taxes keep going up to build new schools because of overcrowding. Our children's educational scores are steadily going down because having to teach in two languages takes more time. But we're not supposed to complain? They would if it was reverse!

They get very emotional and dont want to talk about it. "Your just forcing your belief on people".
Is it because prolife people can easily should down everyone of their arguements like...
1 "a woman has right to her own body"
- my fist is part of my body, can I go around hitting anyone I want?
2 "The constitution doesnt define when a fetus becomes a person"
- it doest say you are a person either and blacks were once defined as less than a full person & they had science to say so.
3"a man cant make that decision. he wouldnt understand"
- this from woman who have never been pregnant. so, if you've never been in a war, you cant be anti war?

- what religion, since when was atheist a religion.

- So is burying my mother in law in my backyard at night.

I have never done anything like this before, my record is clean. I don't think petty theft is considered a felony but even so, would this occurence show on my record when I apply for a job?I also already have my license, and I was wondering what the chances are that it would be taken from me or suspended.

I was planning to move into an apartment and sent the landlord $300 dollars to hold the place. Nothing was signed and I decided not to move. The landlord is refusing to give me the money back because he says I promised him and I can't prove otherwise. I have the receipt and want the money back. What can I do?

I was working front desk at a hotel. In sept to dec i was parttime, then i had fulltime until april. So I wrked through both ninety day periods and should have gotten my benefits. In Jan all I did was inquire about them and nobody really responded until....I got "you know you have to do this better work this harder." So I straightened up wht was wrong, then I got " I'll just be honest with you it's your customer service" I had one incident that got out of hand and I had to hang up on the guy because I told him not to threaten me and he said Oh I will. From then on things between my manager and I got worse. I filed for a claim and the day she received the claim she fired me. What should I take back the job or monetary compensation.

I am sueing for a car i bought from a man, who sold me a lemon. It had a cracked manifold , radiator problems etc. Basically 4k worth of work, when i only paid 1500 for the car (92 VW Cabrio Convertible) He sold me the car saying it was a great reliable car etc. I am taking him to small claims, to get my money back and return the car to him, since he wont refund my money person to person. I drove the car 2 blocks to inspection station and it broke down like a block from my house. Apparently he put stop leak in it to hold it over while i test drove it the day i bought it. Anyhow....what do i file my case under.....CONTRACT, TORT, REPLEVIN OR DETINUE ???? Thanks!
