In my city, those punks go to jail. People are no longer willing to turn a blind eye to illegal happenings they witness. Now if we could only prosecute Bush. Talk about punks, he is the mother of all punks.

i wish i knew this, too! there is a horrible little boy a few apartments over who likes to pull the alarm.... how am i gonna know when there is really a fire. im tired of being woken up at 3 am by the alarm, to find out a 6 year old pulled it. ugh

because the idea of placing a fire alarm buttom on the walls with a sign that says push or pull here...is stupid...i think only the buildings security should pull the alarm not anyone who saw a cigarette on the flour.

No one actually notices the people pulling the alarm because it is normally done discretely and afterwards people are in a panic and do not pay attention to anything. Thats why.

They get away with it because people aren't watching. When the alarm goes off, people look towards where the sound comes from, not to where the alarm handle is. I imagine it's pretty easy to get away with it.

They are cowards and run away. That and people are worried that there might actually be a fire and get the hell out of the mall. When people get traumatized like that, their memory gets shaky.
