SMoke bombs legil in -?

Lubbock texas? i was going to make some smoke bombs in lubbock Texas and was wondering if they were by chance legal to use in the city limits?

No, you cannot use them within the city limits. This is because they are considered "fireworks" which are not legal in Lubbock. For places where you can use them, just call the fire department.
