Are there associations who give free guidance to families of boys who are falsely alleged of harassment etc?

How to deal with continious harassment of notorious girls who marry boys from rich or hard working middle class families, using their charms and with in a few months, demand for separation, saying that their moral values are different ..(girl with low values ofcourse),
My first cousin, an innocent hard working NRI, who was so involved in his work in USA, that he catered to the demands of the girl & sent her back to India. His old respectable parents, Retd professors & social workers, who had to be actually given high rewards for their services, are questioned by tough police as if they are robbers, & a FIR is filed against them (sec498a). Had to travel to another city to take bail standing in accused chamber of criminal court along with dacoits unlicensed prostitutes, and their pimply pimps.
We , no need to say, who, have already been demanded so much money by the people around that in the first stage itself we are short of money for nothing. Marriage is an abuse for men!

I fully agree with you. Some cases the married lady or her parents either of their on accord or on suggestion of others indulge in all such sort of blackmailing mostly to extract maximum wealth from the husband & his parents. In yahoo answers I have come across number of such harassed husbands & parents who are being made to suffer by such ladies by filing false criminal complaint under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code & under the Anti-Dowry Act. All such cases make these guys to attend not only all the court proceedings, but even harassed by local police & so called women welfare associations, whose members demonstrate & create nuisance out side their residence & place of work. As far the executive Government is concerned they are hardly bothered about all such happening but its only courts mostly on higher level take such issue of filling of false complaints against the husband & his parents very seriously. Only recently the Delhi Court while discharging the husband & his parents of false charge of dowry demand ordered that criminal complaint for giving dowry to the daughter be filed against her parents as she had in her statement said that her parents & given her dowry at the time of marriage & her husband & in laws demanded more, the High Court of Delhi did not find any evidence of dowry demand on records & discharged the accused husband & his parents, but caught hold of the parents of the complainant wife for giving dowry. This is one of the cases which I'm telling you where the court not only understands the logic behind all such wrong complaint but they act too against such wrong complainant.
