I lived into what once use to be a beautiful neighbourhood. My wive and kids use to love it. All of a sudden we noticed an explosion in the black population here. Things kept getting spray painted stuff went missing guns the list goes on and on. Our community spend several of millions of dollars to up keep all this and it is now destroyed mainly I would say 99.99999% due to the blacks. Now I am not racist at all I am a proud Christian and my wife as well. I hate to admit it but I think black people should not live around me. It is terrible for the few that may try but if you seen how bad this area has became because of them you would understand. Nightly rapes blarring rap music it is awful god awful. My wife cries her self to sleep every night and I fear for my children. I segregation the way? My neighbour is hispanic a Mexican immigrant and he agrees with me he is hard working and he moved from a country as bad as Africa last year and has his stuff together! Should I make a petition?

I wanted to apply to a university that I’ll leave un named to do a primary teaching course, but they would only accept Catholics who are approved by a priest because they make you work only in catholic schools. I am not a catholic and I have my own religion so because of this I am immediately thrown out as an option to accept for the course. Is this grounds for suing or pressing charges for discrimination?

I have seen deals make under the tables, in back rooms and on the golf course, and if that doesn't work they will fight in court for years with appeals etc.
We have a judge in Washington who believes that his misplace pair of pants are worth $65 million lawsuit but at the same time we have attorneys selling out their cleints with low balling to make a deal for other cases.

this is very simplistic, but is world peace ever going to be possible? i look at racial/political/cultural problems worldwide such as like zimbabwe, where black africans have reclaimed their land from whites, but not without great violence, bloodshed & apalling mismanagement of what they've reclaimed. or the hugely complicated middle eastern problem, encompassing israel's situation, the deep hatred and distrust that exists between muslim countries & the west & the oil issue. my main question is how far back do you go when assigning blame? years, decades, even centuries of dirty dealing & manipulation, mainly on the part of the west, have contributed to these problems. how much responsibility should people bear for the misdeeds of their forefathers & nations? i have been lucky enough to be born & raised in britain, which has in turn grown rich from it's empire & business interests abroad. do i have responsibilities towards those countries? what are they?

We live in a house, that is owned by a Housing trust (funded by Housing Assocation) & also registered as a charitable organisation.
We have lived here for eleven years now.
Before taking occupancy of this House, we lived under the borough of Kensington and Chesea, where my Mum was a secure tenant for 28 years.
I looked at the tenancy agreement for this place, that was signed in 1996, and it states 'assured tenancy' albeit a law book I read today states :
'The tenant of a regstered Housing asscation has a secure tenancy, exactly the same as Council tenants.'
I was 10 when we moved in here in early 1996, so I have lived here over half my life ...I am now 21.
My Mum is hoping I can get a place nearby, and is helping me all the way.
I need to move out....
Albeit Mum's name is the sole tenant, have I any rights to ask our Housing Trust, to re home me locally.
Naturally when we all moved in, I was part & parcel of the Family, & albeit I am not known as tenant, do I have any right

I currently work for a major corporation, and I am currently on light duty do to a severe knee problem. I can no longer do the job that I was hired for, but my doctor released me to light duty and I just received a letter from the HR department saying that I will be terminated in 2 weeks because it is company policy that you cannot be on medical leave (which they consider light duty) for more than 6 months. And also if it matters, I will be receiving some pay through their insurance company, but it is very minimal (not enough to live on) and all I really want is to keep my job. Any lawyers in the house?
