My question is not one of did the holocust occur but rather why if individuals disagree why does it appear against or near against the law? In a democracy do we not have the right to be wrong if thats what we chose?

Even though you have the freedom to think what ever you want, while executing it ,you have to think twice about the implications which is going to happen in the society ,as we are social human beings. The thought can be erratic, good bad and ugly. The society will accept only good things and this has no exception whether you are from the West or East.

The first thing is the holocaust involves Jews. Jews rule the world. They own the banks. They own the media. The only thing that could finish them is the holocaust lies. All there lies have been proven just that, but the people who have proved this don't own the media. They only have books and the Internet. The problem is many people are learning the truth through the Internet and this is why the Jews have made it illegal to question the holocaust in many countries. They are now working on an International law where nobody can deny the holocaust happened exactly the way it happened. You want to feel the heat just try to have an open debate on the holocaust in school or college. The Jews will come out of the woodwork like vermin and scream and holler, but won't debate, because the holocaust is the only thing that could finish them once and for all.

Why is any speech not allowed, other than for safety such as not yelling "Fire" when there isn't one. Because when it all comes down to it, there are two types of people in the world, those who want to control what you say and do and those who want to be left alone. Oh wait, there are also those who want to be controlled because that allows them to not have to think about things like political questions. I hereby propose a new law - "No one who wants to be in politics, will be allowed to be in politics." No more votes. Each office is filled by an unwilling draftee.

I've never heard that one. Since it is so obvious (and definitively provable) that the Holocaust actually did happen, it isn't illegal to think that it didn't, but it does make one appear rather idiotic.

They can deny it all they want, but if they start publishing stuff about it, making public speeches about it, etc, it's considered hate speech and promoting racism.
