I lived into what once use to be a beautiful neighbourhood. My wive and kids use to love it. All of a sudden we noticed an explosion in the black population here. Things kept getting spray painted stuff went missing guns the list goes on and on. Our community spend several of millions of dollars to up keep all this and it is now destroyed mainly I would say 99.99999% due to the blacks. Now I am not racist at all I am a proud Christian and my wife as well. I hate to admit it but I think black people should not live around me. It is terrible for the few that may try but if you seen how bad this area has became because of them you would understand. Nightly rapes blarring rap music it is awful god awful. My wife cries her self to sleep every night and I fear for my children. I segregation the way? My neighbour is hispanic a Mexican immigrant and he agrees with me he is hard working and he moved from a country as bad as Africa last year and has his stuff together! Should I make a petition?

Complain every infraction committed by your neighbor so that it will be dealt with properly by law enforcement agencies. Cite the noise and chaos created by the abusive people. Peace will eventually reign again in your community.

I hesitated to answer this because I think your question may be based on law of Britain or one of the Commonwealth countries because of the way you spelled "neighbor" as "neighbour" (not incorrect of course, just British). If you were in the U.S., I'd support a petition drive, but isn't this a violation of your local laws? If so, you and your supportive neighbors should explore a Writ of Mandamus or a public nuisance action with a solicitor or a barrister. I know the diffference between the two forms of British attorneys, but I don't know which you see to initiate a legal action. This should be a Writ of Mandamus case. Mandamus is a lawsuit aimed at your local government which says, essentially: "this is a violation of the law; you have a duty to enforce the law; do your duty." The Writ of Mandamus is an English writ, but also used extensively in the U.S.

Sounds like an absolute nightmare for you guy's, and it sounds like it would be easier to just move somewhere else, rather than getting anymore stressed over something that you cannot control, sounds like your poor wife and kids would be much happier if you move away from it all, Good Luck!
