Should the RIAA be held Responsible if there wrong in a court of law?

They definitely should be, they need to get their facts straight. Better yet they should just leave people alone, and stop being such a bunch of money grubbing a**holes. Life's hard enough without them trying to mess it up for you even more.

Gee, I don't think that the Recording Industry should be held responsible if you were convicted of dealing drugs.

Now try to be more specific when asking questions. (And make it easier on us when using acronyms such as 'RIAA'.)
