Well you guys know those ads that 'lets you get free stuff' but you have to be 18+ but you put a fake age and your not really 18+?

And you have no intention of getting the free stuff just that this other website made you do that offer thing to get free stuff from their website? o.o

I wouldn't know because I am just a child D:

But If I don't get what the ad is offering that doesn't benefit me - is that still fraud?

You can be prosecuted criminally for it.

That's fraud. Fraud is when you misrepresent yourself (claiming you're 18 when you're not) for the purpose of gain. Since you're cheating one company out of revenue by giving another fraudulent information, you risk being dropped by the one as well as being charged by the other.
