And if so, what agencies might one use to extricate the bones.
This may seem strange, but I want to keep my mother's skull after she dies. She is totally okay with it but I was told that it is illegal if the bones aren't being used or donated to a medical facility.

Ok this is kinda a long story...bear with me.
I'm military and lived in Portugal for 2 years. During this time I became pregnant and bought a 3-in-1 baby bed off of ebay. They wouldnt ship overseas, so I had planned on storing it at my step fathers house. Well, my sister offered to buy it from me at the full cost $500. Fast forward about 3 months, she's had the bed, and still I havent recieved payment. She offers me a deal, her wedding dress for the bed. I agree, with the stipulation she send me the dress before Xmas so I could sell it and buy my kids presents. She never sends the dress. Its 2 years later, and she's trying to now say she doesnt owe me any money, and the only thing I'll get is the dress or the bed back. *The bed is pretty damaged now as they had a dog and their child did a number on it*. The dress is also a few years old, hasnt been cleaned and isnt worth 500 dollars. Would it be lucrative to take her to small claims court? Or should I just eat the loss?

What if I were to set up a corperation with the hidden purpose of gaining government contracts, and using the money I make from it to strategically place government officials. What If I used those government officials to make it easier to gain those contracts without having to be very competitive with the service I provided or the price I provided it at. Then perhaps I offer jobs in my corperation to those officials children or family members and friends so that the politicians have a vested interest in the seccess of my corperation. On top of this I will use the government to spy on those that try to stop me and I will rewrite the laws to make what I am doing legal. Then nothing I do will be illegal because I used the profit of my crimes to rewrite the laws before being caught or prosecuted. On top of that I will set up a government over seas and the when then when It looks like I might get caught I will take all the profit and power and resourses and I will move it to that country.

There are now so many laws just wondering if people think that soon enough most people will spend dome time in jail.

I'm 21 and have been there twice for stupid things - theft/stolen goods and a DUI. I know I was wrong both times and don't want to go back but you don't always think about what you're doing until it's too late. I don't think I would cope well with prison and don't think I would do anything to end up there but it's easier than people think to end up in jail these days.

I have a friendship with a male at work (I am male) we often have a joke and a laugh regards light hearted subjects etc. On one occassion I pretended to throw a puch at him, but not in an aggresive manor and on another occassion I'd sent him an email stating he'd get a gold star for work he'd completed. But now he's accused me of bullying him and I've had to have a meeting to discuss. I am extreemly upset regarding this as I thought we were friends and it was just male banter. I have never bullyed anyone in my life and I am now very concerned. this is a total nightmare. Please help?

"To summarize, we conclude that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. That right existed prior to the formation of the new government under the Constitution and was premised on the private use of arms for activities such as hunting and self-defense, the latter being understood as resistance to either private lawlessness or the depredations of a tyrannical government (or a threat from abroad). In addition, the right to keep and bear arms had the important and salutary civic purpose of helping to preserve the citizen militia. The civic purpose was also a political expedient for the Federalists in the First Congress as it served, in part, to placate their Anti-federalist opponents. The individual right facilitated militia service by ensuring that citizens would not be barred from keeping the arms they would need when called forth for militia duty. Despite the importance of the Second Amendment's civic purpose, however, the activities it protects are...."

We were visiting LA with family in February and we had to follow another car in order to find way to hotel and front car passed the yellow light and I tried to do the same thing, but for less then 0.5 seconds I missed the yellow light and it turned to red and the hidden camera flashed and took pictures. Now I live almost 3000 miles away from LA and they have sent me a fine $360.00, which I believe I am not guilty, because I couldn’t have sudden stop (babies in car) and I was afraid of the third car behind me. How can I tell judge when I not in court.

From today's Ron Paul commentary: "Understand that residents of DC can be convicted of a felony and put in prison simply for having a gun in their home, even if they live in a very dangerous neighborhood. "

Can anyone honestly say the police will show up and save you when someone breaks in? Will they be there in 30 seconds?
