I work in a Nursery, part time. I am term time only. Apparently my holiday can only be taken in non-term time. Also my boss said i wont get paid for it until the summer??? What is the law on this?

I am in the UK. Term time is when children are at school.

What state are you in? What is term time? How long have you been working?
If you are part-time, you may not be entitled to any benefits.
Your state law governs.

I don't know what the law is in the UK, but this is obviously wrong! If there's not law against it form a union and make there be one. "Workers of the world, unite!"
