I've been sexually harassed recently, it's just starting and I'm going to report it ASAP. However, if I report it, does the dean have any obligation to tell my parents (I'm 17)? And will it become a big legal thing or can it stay just at the school punishment level? (i.e. suspension)

My wife is a victim of workplace and sexual harassment from her boss. We live and work in Queensland.

Can we make an audio recording of the abuse he dishes out and use it as evidence in court proceedings? Or is taping someone without their knowledge illegal?

I recently had to go see the doctor due to an injury at work. And I was made aware that it was policy to to take a drug test. Being a non drug user, I agreed. My tests came back positive for PCP!! I take Effexor for deppression and it has shown to cause false positive results, yet I was informed my employer was "unwilling to incurr additional costs to confirm this result", before coming to accuse me and suspending me for something I didn't do. I am humiliated and frustrated. I paid for two additional tests myself and one was monitered, which was so degrading. I should have at least been given a chance to have the option to confirm the tests before I was treated like a low class drug addict. Does anyone know if I have a right to suit ?

Just a hypothetical, I was debating this with someone. If a cop went on craigslist attempting to sell drugs, and, claims to not be a cop, if someone bought it, would this be entrapment? P.s. I realize cops proabbly do not do this.

Okay I know this is going to sound weird, but today I got a letter in the mail from a propane company saying that I am 30 days past due on payment for them removing their propane tank off of my property. It took them just about two months to remove the tank. Now this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that this tank was on the property when we bought our house. We did not sign any contracts saying that we would keep the tank for any said amount of time. When I tried to switch over the name on the account it didn't happen, I tried changing it about seven times the last time they finally did, but wanted payment for propane the day it was ordered when the propane would arrive up to a month later so I told them to get their tank we were finding a new company. Now my question is do they have a right to bill me if I never ordered propane and I did not sign a contract that agreed to any length of time for us to keep it? Is there anything that I can do aside from getting a lawyer?
