That is the same as asking whether an identical twin's child would legally be yours. Identical twins have the exact same DNA sequence. They are actually closer than clones as they don't use 100% of the full DNA pattern to clone an animal (or human in this case).

If I was cloned.. and my cloned person who would be married to other person that having baby that have my blood. Yes it is part of my cloned, but i can't keep that baby because that is my cloned's baby. He made it with his wife. that baby is still mine, but I can't keep it.
